Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at supportmomenzi@gmail.com or call at +91 79809-35295.
- Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- COD orders cancelled before dispatch will not incur any charges.
Returns & Exchanges
- Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with their original packaging and tags.
- Customised or personalised products are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or incorrect.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised or customised jewellery.
- Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery.
- Gift cards, free gifts, and items marked as Final Sale.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
- COD refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number along with clear photos or an unboxing video to help us process your request quickly.
